Charlotte Baumgart, 94, of Minot and formerly of Dunseith, Perth and Rock Lake, ND, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Trinity Homes of Minot, ND.

Charlotte was born April 16, 1916 to Mr. and Mrs. Marion Burchem in North Dakota. She was raised in Dunseith and later moved to Perth and Rock Lake, ND. Charlotte was united in marriage to Ludy Carl Olson in the early 1940’s, and they made their home in Rock Lake. They raised their family and farmed near Rock Lake. Charlotte was united in marriage to Harold Baumgart in 1970. She was a good mother and a loving wife.

Charlotte is survived by her children: Floyd Olson of Washington, Betty Mekelburg of Colorado, Bertha Swenson of Texas, Connie Kinney of California, Ginger Smith of Oregon, Sheila Oakland of Minot, ND, Vernon Olson of Minot, ND, daughter-in-law Loretta Olson of Oregon, and numerous grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both her first and second husbands and a son, Clyde Olson.

Interment: IOOF Cemetery of Rock Lake, ND.
