My great memory of her was when she sewed our beautiful Jubilee dresses for Cando's 75th celebration in 1959. Going to the house for fittings, so everything was just right!!! She sewed alot of dresses and was a fine seamstress. God's Blessings to all of your family.

Thoughts and prayers to all of Kay's family, especially with this being Mother's Day weekend.
Our mothers are so special to us and we grieve so much more, when we lose them. Kay was such a special friend to our mother Ida. They kept in close contact even after Ida moved away from Cando. We like to think they have resumed their friendship in heaven. God's peace to you!

Dear Family of Kay Starr:
We are so sorry to hear of Kay's passing, she was a wonderful lady and such an inspiration to those around her. Kay was young at heart and my memory of her is seeing her sitting at her sewing machine. She was very talented and she was always sharing her talents with others.
She will be missed but you can treasrure all of the good memories you have with her.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. God bless all of you.
