Ardell "Fibber" Clouse, 80 of Rocklake, ND passed away Friday, November 13, 2015 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. Services will be held on Wednesday, November 18th at 11:00 a.m. at the Rocklake school gymnasium at Rocklake, ND with Martin Wilson and Angie Olson officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the school. Burial will be at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Rocklake, ND. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ryan Henderson and Chase Clouse. Pallbearers will be Greg Henderson, Brady Henderson, Justin Oakland, Brock Oakland, Shannon Oakland, Jesse Bucholz, Tracy Bucholz, Ryder Clouse, Levi Clouse, Kelvin Clouse and Shilo Henry.

Fibber was born December 23, 1934 to Charles and Alice Clouse in Rocklake, ND where he was raised and attended school. He married Lorraine O'Brien on February 7, 1952.
Fibber and Lorraine raised their children on a farm north of Rocklake. Fibber loved farming, cattle and his trucks. He shared his love of horses with his kids, taking them to horse shows and rodeos.
In the town of Rocklake, he was a legend. He was a soft hearted man with a quick wit that couldn't help but make you smile. He was fiercely proud of his children and grandchildren and great grandchildren. He lived up to his nickname, always looking to tease.
He is survived by his wife Lorraine, and his children Cathy (Brian Larson), Cindy (Gene Oakland), Kevin (Laura), Kelly (Ronnette), Stacy (Darrell Britt), Chris (Mark Haugen); grandchildren Greg Henderson, Brady Henderson, Nicole (Steve) Walford, Justin (Dana) Oakland, Brock (Katie) Oakland, Shannon (Holly Anton) Oakland, Jesse (Jamie) Bucholz, Tracy (Amanda) Bucholz, Katie Haugen, Ryder (Tanya Siem) Clouse, Levi Clouse, Kelvin (Courtney) Clouse, Julia (James Rich) Clouse, Jalane (Caleb) Veer, Shilo Henry and Kylie Henry; great grandchildren, Ty, Breece, Keifer, Mila Oakland, Ian and Alexis Walford, Abigail and Austin Oakland, Lucas and Owen Bucholz, Jaxon Rich and Kennedy Bucholz.
Fibber was preceded in death by his parents, son Craig, sister Eileen, niece Carla, grandson's Ryan and Chase.
