Beverly Rayo Lapuz was born October 3, 1988 in Nueva Ecija, Philippines to Enrique and Gertrudes (Rayo) Lapuz. She was raised on their rice and vegetable farm and learned the value of hard work and education. Beverly had five brothers and one sister: Ronaldo (Ria), Alfred (Donna), Orland (Lily Ann), Marvin (JanJan), Joselite/Julyo (Aprilyn) and Erica. She had seven nieces and two nephews that she loved like her own. She had thirty plus godchildren that she also loved, some were her nieces and nephews. Her grandmother, Inang, was a big part of her life. Beverly grew up caring for the plants, animals and humans around her. She achieved a Bachelor in Science Degree in Agriculture, primarily poultry.
She held positions at a few poultry barns, finally becoming assistant manager at one. She decided to leave that job for personal reasons. She sold construction equipment for awhile and then returned to a poultry barn as manager.
This was about the time when she met Luke. It was over the internet through mutual friends. It started out with a joke by one of the friends that said Luke needed a girlfriend. Beverly responded that she was just being curious about America. Their relationship became friendship and eventually a meeting. Luke traveled twice to meet her. They decided to marry early on. She traveled to the USA on December 18, 2016. The couple married on February 18, 2017.
Luke gave her a puppy named Gorilla when she got here. They were inseparable and entered heaven together.
Beverly got a job at the daycare at the Towner County Medical Center. She loved taking care of the children but realized she wanted to care for the elderly. She became a CNA for the Towner County Living Center and instantly loved it.
She also gained more family here. Luke's parents, David & Beatrice, Brother, Edwin (Heidi), and their son, Brayden, whom she loved too.
She has beautiful plants which will be taken care of and given to her friend, Jema Acra. She had a beautiful garden every year and absolutely loved to fish. She was loved by everyone she met and had the biggest heart and smile ever.
Beverly was preceded in death by her father, Enrique, and grandfather, Felizardo Rayo.
