Bonieta "Bonnie" Christopherson, 74, of Bisbee, ND passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.  A service and burial will be held at the Bisbee Lutheran Cemetery on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 11am with Pastor Bonnie Weaver officiating.

She was born on November 6, 1945 in Cando, ND to Edward & Eleanor (Michels) Galow.  She was united in marriage to Edward Christopherson on December 20, 1975 at Cando, ND.

Bonnie put in many hard-working years at the Chocolate Shop. She was well known for making the best malts in town. She always enjoyed looking for new recipes and then having her friends and family try them out. Bonnie loved tending to her garden and making her famous refrigerator pickles and cottage cheese cookies.  After retirement, the Hallmark channel stole her heart and she was a dedicated watcher. Bonnie also enjoyed working on her puzzles to keep her mind sharp.  Bonnie spent the last twenty-five plus years with Jake Jacobson.  Jake was a very busy man taking Bonnie to each and every Dollar Store, which included California.

Bonnie is survived by her children: Stacey Myren (Sterling Bottomley), Shanna (Michael) Rude, Mark Christopherson (Marie Weber), Michael (Jennifer) Christopherson, and Holly Christopherson. Brother William Galow, Sisters Rita (Lester) Anderson, Wanda States and Shelley Galow (Bill Lafromboise). She has 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Eddie Christopherson in 1982, longtime companion Jake Jacobson and many close family members
