A beautiful soul was lost to us on Sunday, September 1, 2019 when Darrell Edward ("Edy") Toso passed peacefully in his Littleton, CO, home. He was 62 years old.

Darrell was born in Devils Lake, ND, on November 10, 1956 to Donald and Clarice (Dahl) Toso. He is survived by his wife, Janet Rigo Toso, his daughter, Lauren and son, Edward, along with Ed's fiancée Alex Hosler. He leaves brothers Mike (Zuzanna), Ron (Carla) and Scott (Cheryl Wakefield) and sisters Sharon (the late Jim) Hanson, Donna (Steve) Halldorson and Cindy (Troy) Senger. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, whom he convinced to call him Greatest Uncle Darrell.

Darrell had an appreciation and zest for life and lived his life as fully as he was given the time. He had a special fondness for most everyone he met and touched the lives of countless individuals. He loved music and was a proud owner of a massive vinyl collection, which he listened to often. A Celebration of Life will be held in the summer of 2020. Information will be disseminated as plans come together.

Darrell lived the last few years of his life battling Multiple Myeloma, and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society was a great resource for the Toso family during this time.
