Deb was born January 24, 1957 to Loretta (Underdahl) and Roderick Currie in Cando. She grew up on a farm outside of Cando. She attended and graduated from Cando Public School. Deb joined the Army after high school where she served in Honolulu, Hawaii for two years and California for a year before returning home. Debra and Evan Miller had three children whom were the light of her life.  She worked outside the home for the US postal service as Postmaster until her retirement.

She traveled whenever she could to postal conventions or to see family. Deb could be found after her retirement enjoying her Arizona home with whomever would join her.  She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, infectious laugh and love for all people.

Debra was not given an easy life but she never complained and managed to raise three beautiful children. Her family was her pride and joy.  She is survived by her three children and 8 grandchildren, Amanda (Troy) Fyre (Faith, Addison and Quinn), Argusville, ND; Brett Miller & Jocelynn Klein (Beau and Brooks), Plentywood, MT; Kadra (Jamal) Holland (Hadleigh, Brynnleigh and Everleigh) Hahira, GA; her sisters Correen Dammen, Linda Harmon and her brother Scott Currie.
