Dorcas R. Seil, 84, of Cando, ND, passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 at her home in Cando, ND.

Graveside Services will be held in the Spring of 2018.

Dorcas was born on January 20, 1933 in Gardena, ND to Otto Paul and Ruth (Barett) Roseneau. As most of us who knew Dorcas, knew her heart was in gardening and her many flower beds. She had a love for hunting and fishing.

Dorcas is survived by her two daughters, Carol Thingvold of Leeds, ND and Betty (Terry) Garman of Kiowa, KS; son, Doug (Autumn) Hanson of Marion, KS; brothers, Harold Roseneau of Willow City, ND and David (Dorothy) Roseneau of Belle Fourche, SD; sisters, Cora Muth of Grand Forks, ND, Joanna (Luther) Bjerke of Hatton, ND, Bertha Hammond of Dallas, TX, an Shirley Beckman of Bottineau, ND. Also several grand children and great-grandchildren.

Dorcas was preceded in death by her parents; one infant son; brother, Kenneth (Irene) Roseneau; infant brother, Paul Roseneau; brother-in-laws, Ronald Beckman and Arnie Muth; and son-in-law, Roger Thingvold.
