Frances B. Sattler's Obituary
Frances B. Sattler, 85, of Cando, ND, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church of Bisbee. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the funeral mass at the church. Interment will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Bisbee, ND.
Frances Peters was born September 7, 1926 in Rugby, ND to Jacob and Magdalena (Volk) Peters. She graduated from Rugby High School and moved to California where she married Ray Sattler. She lived in California for sixty years before returning to North Dakota in 2008 to be close to her family.
Frances is survived by her sisters: Louisa (Gene) Newberry of Oak Park, IL, and Gemma Peters OSB of Bismarck, ND; brothers: James Peters of Bisbee, ND, and Charles (Dorothy) Peters of Perth, ND; and numerous nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sisters: Marie Burkhartsmeier, Isabella Sinden & Monica Thacker.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the donor's favorite charity.
