Condolences:

My sincere sympathy to you and your families. I came to know Gertrude while caring for her at the Living Center. She was a strong person who knew what she wanted and was very independent-wanting to do as much as she could for herself. She had a ready smile and especially when you told her she had a phone call(usually it was one from her family). I want you to know how thankful I was that I got to care for her. I'm sorry that I could not be there when you celebrated her life. God Bless as we hold the happy memories safe in our hearts.
