Lulu Hendrickson, 96, of Roy, WA, formerly of Rock Lake, ND passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Services will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at All Nations Lutheran Church in Rock Lake with Rev. Scott Ramey officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, May 12, 2014 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Dunnigan-Dix Funeral Home in Cando and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Burial will be in the All Nations Cemetery, Rock Lake, ND. Casket bearers will be Jerry Berg, Ron Hendrickson, Robert Hendrickson, John Martinson,Jim Hendrickson and Jim Bareksten. Honorary bearers will be all of her nephews. Music will be from Lisa Held.

Lulu was born December 18, 1917 on a farm near Cavalier, ND to Elmer and Thruda (Thorlakson) Kukuk. On July 4, 1942 she married E.B. (Mike) Hendrickson and they farmed between Sarles and Rock Lake, ND until Mike's death. They had two daughters, Norma and Harriet. Lulu moved to Rock Lake before living with her daughter and son-in-law in Roy, WA.

She is survived by her daughter Norma Humbert (Mark) of Roy, WA; Grandchildren Todd Humbert (Christina) and Kory Larson (Belle) of Washington; great-grandchildren: Chris Burkstand and Nathaniel Humbert of Minnesota and Jessica Larson, Alyssa Larson, Ashley Larson, Shawna Larson and Kody Larson of Washington; one great-great-grandson Rowan Phillips of Minnesota; sister Pearl Prince (Jim) of Florida; brother Chester Kukuk (Bonnie) from Minnesota; sister-in-laws Hilda Hendrickson of North Dakota and Lillian Martinson of North Dakota.  Lulu was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, son-in-law and 3 brothers.

I would just like to thank everyone for the kindness and sympathy.  We will miss my mom but she did have a good life.  We are happy  she was able to live with us.  Again. Thank you  Lu Hendrickson's family
