Robert Lyle Bracken, 59, of Cando, ND, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 in rural Towner County. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 at the Dunnigan-Dix Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Bonnie Weaver officiating. The visitation will take place one hour prior to the funeral service at the Dunnigan-Dix Funeral Home. Music will be provided by MiChelle Nybo. Everyone is welcome to livestream the service through the Dunnigan-Dix Facebook page.

Robert was born on March 17, 1963 in Devils Lake, ND, the son of Lyle and Beatrice (Kuntz) Bracken. He grew up and attended school in Leeds, ND. He began to farm and also worked for Towner County for over 20 years. He continued to farm until his passing. Robert loved to go to concerts, music festivals, fairs, ride motorcycle, four-wheeling, spending time with his daughter, Shanae, and sitting on his recliner with his three cats.

Robert is survived by his children: Shanae Bracken of Devils Lake, Josh (Rachael) Bracken of Bismarck, ND, Becky Campbell of Williston, ND; grandchildren: Skylar, Keaton and Ryder.

Robert was proceeded in death by his parents.
