Sean Michael Burrell, 48, of Bisbee, ND passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at his home in Bisbee, due to complications from COPD. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Bisbee Lutheran Church with Pastor Bonnie Weaver officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at the church.  Music will be provided by Catherine Anfinson. Burial will take place at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Bisbee, ND.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to: Uffda Fund Animal Rescue 7496 68 ^th Avenue NE Cando, ND 58324 or American Cancer Society 4646 Amber Valley Pkwy S. Fargo, ND 58104.

Sean Michael Burrell was born June 15, 1973 at the Minot Air Force Regional Hospital in Minot, ND to Golden F. Burrell and Audrey Hendrickson Burrell. As a youngster, he lived in Ankara, Turkey, San Antonio, TX and Ohio as his father was a military man. He attended schools in Texas, Ohio and North Dakota. Sean's career as a welder started in Bisbee where Claude Moller taught him the trade. He also worked at Rugby Manufacturing, Wise Gram in Fargo, plus others. After moving back to Bisbee, he did carpentry work for Munro Hardware in Rolla, ND and a detailer for Theel Motors. Sean loved working with wood, making furniture and decorations.

Sean loved his family - always wanting to help the little ones. His hobbies included coin and stamp collecting, which his Grandma Gerry got him into, and flower gardens, which his Aunt Tina got him into. They were always swapping plants. Sean loved to draw and designed the logo for an All School Reunion in Bisbee.

Sean is survived by his mother, Audrey and her partner Don of Bisbee, ND; uncles, Mark (Cindy) Hendrickson of Superior, WI, Keith Hendrickson of Bisbee, ND and James Burrell of Ohio; cousin, Matthew, who he called his brother, along with his family whom Sean took special interest in the kiddo's; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Golden (Butch) Burrell; grandparents, Gorden and Gerry Hendrickson, Cheyanne and Anna Burrell; aunts, Tina Hendrickson, Mary Jane Burrell and Patricia Hendrickson.
